The Constitution of Hindesh
A civilization is not its borders. It is its promises. Read the promises we make to every citizen — and the promises every citizen makes to Hindesh.
We, the citizens of Hindesh — arriving from every country, faith, tongue and season — do hereby establish this digital civilization on the timeless foundations of curiosity, hospitality and quiet excellence. We build not a website but a homeland of the imagination. We open the gate to any Earthling who wishes to walk through it. We keep the lantern lit for those still on the road.
The Free World Policy
-
§ 1.1
Hindesh is free to enter.
Any human, from any nation, may become a citizen of Hindesh at no cost, ever. Citizenship in Hindesh does not require you to leave the country you were born in. You may hold as many citizenships as your imagination can carry.
-
§ 1.2
No citizen is more than another.
Founders, verified citizens, admins — the labels exist for functions, never for status. Every citizen walks into Unity Square as an equal.
-
§ 1.3
Discovery is a right, not a feature.
Every citizen may be found by name, passport, city or interest. The right to be discovered is matched by the right to be quiet: any citizen may hide their profile at any time.
-
§ 1.4
Borders are stories, not fences.
Every one of the ten cities is open to every citizen from the moment they arrive. No visa, no queue, no gate. Only stamps to collect.
The Ten Rules of Hindesh
Simple. Kept. Enforced quietly.
Kindness first.
Every message, comment and reply should be able to be read aloud in Unity Square without shame.
No cruelty. Ever.
Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, bullying — the only currency Hindesh refuses to accept.
Be yourself. Only yourself.
Impersonation, sock-puppet accounts and identity theft end citizenship instantly.
Play fair.
Coin Rush is won by fast fingers. Bots, exploits or score-tampering forfeit every reward earned.
Own what you post.
Only share text, images and stories you actually own or have the right to share.
Keep it human.
Automation and scraping of citizen profiles is not permitted. Look at each other with your own eyes.
Nothing illegal.
Nothing that would be a crime in the citizen's country of origin. Hindesh follows the strictest law in the room.
No advertising by stealth.
Commercial content must live in the sponsor slots. Personal posts remain personal.
Report, don't retaliate.
If a rule is broken, tell an admin. Do not fight fire with fire.
Leave the square cleaner than you found it.
The last citizen to log off tonight leaves Hindesh a little better for tomorrow's arrivals.
Rights of a Citizen
- The right to a name. A citizen number, a passport, a QR that opens their story.
- The right to be heard. A wall, a community, a comment on every post they can see.
- The right to earn. Coins, XP, reputation, titles — measured fairly, awarded openly.
- The right to travel. All ten cities, all festivals, all events, all games — no queue.
- The right to build. Communities may be founded by any citizen at any level.
- The right to leave. Deletion of a citizen account removes every trace on request.
- The right to appeal. Every moderation action can be reviewed once by a second admin.
- The right to know. The Constitution, the roadmap and the rules are always public.
Duties of a Citizen
Not commandments. Habits.
Welcome the new
Say hello on the wall of every citizen who joined this week.
Read a story
Read one Hindesh Times article each week. Culture is a shared endeavour.
Visit the neighbourhood
Stamp your passport in at least one city each month. Cities remember the visited.
Contribute to a circle
Post, comment or celebrate inside one community you care about.
Protect the quiet
Report anything that breaks the Ten Rules. Silence is a rule too.
Learn something
Attempt the Daily Quiz, play a round of Coin Rush, or open a museum wing.
How Hindesh is Governed
The Founders
The first ten thousand citizens hold the founder badge in perpetuity. They set the tone; they do not rule.
The Admins
A small, named team of volunteers keeps the peace. Every moderation action is logged and appealable.
The Citizens' Voice
Any proposal that gathers 500 supporting citizens is heard publicly by the admins within 14 days.
The Rulebook
This document is the highest authority. When in doubt, read it aloud. Then read it again.
Amendments
This Constitution can be changed. It should be changed — carefully, publicly, and only when the civilization asks for it. Every amendment is announced in the Hindesh Times three days before it takes effect. Every previous version is archived and can be read forever.
